Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before departure time: 100% refund but with an additional fee of USD 4 / car as handling fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
  • Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund;
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund.
