Pick up and drop off

  • Pick up at any Hotel in Hanoi city center
  • Drop off at Hotel in Halong city, and Tuan Chau island and also at the harbor for/after cruising (Tuan Chay wharf, Halong cruise port, and Hon Gai cruise port)
  • Please wait at the hotel reception area 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time

Notes

  • Surcharge might be applied if there is more than just 1 pick-up (or drop-off point) for your group
  • An extra 12 USD/car would be applied if you want to go via New Expressway (about 1.5 hours of transfer shortened)

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund with USD 4 / car as handling fee will be charged
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
