Airport Pick Up
- For international flights in Hanoi (flight arrival hall), the meeting point is at Pole 10, arrival Hall A2
- For domestic flights in Hanoi (flight arrival hall), please head outside arrival hall A/B or lobby E.
- The driver will be waiting at the exit gate, holding your name sign
Hotel Pick Up:
- Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
- Please indicate your flight details/pick up time & location (hotel name & address) during Checkout in the checkout page
Inclusion: One way transfer with Fuel fees, Toll fees and parking fee

- For last minutes booking, recommend chat directly with us via Website Chat box or WhatsApp

Cancellation policy
- More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 / car as handling fee will be charged
- 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of total tour price will be refunded
- Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund
